It started with one silver coin

When I was eight, my grandfather pressed a silver coin into my hand and closed my fingers around it. "Hold onto this," he said. "It'll remind you where you came from." I didn't understand the weight of it then — not the metal, the meaning. But I never forgot how it felt: cool, heavy, real.

Years later, I went looking for that feeling again. Instead I found two extremes. On one side, bullion dealers speaking a language of spot prices and premiums. On the other, online stores passing off plated novelties as "pure silver investments," hoping nobody would notice. Both felt wrong.

So we built Old Glory Co.

We design silver-plated commemorative coins and bars that honor the icons of American heritage — the eagle, the buffalo, Lady Liberty — with bold engraving and a bright, mirror finish. Pieces made to be shown off on a desk, gifted to a father or a veteran, or started as a collection.
