Return & Refund Policy

At Old Glory Co., your satisfaction is our top priority. If you're not fully happy with your order, you have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to return it.

How to request a return

Email us at support@oldgloryco.com with your order number and reason for return.
Our team replies within 24 business hours with return instructions and an RMA number.
Pack the item in its original box with all accessories, protective capsule, and any promotional inserts.
Ship the package to the address we provide (return shipping paid by the buyer unless the item is defective or we made a shipping error).
Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund is processed within 5 business days.

Return conditions

Item must be in new, unused condition, in its original packaging with the protective capsule intact.
All original accessories, inserts, and documentation must be included.
No visible signs of wear, scratches, engraving, or personalization.

We cover return shipping when...

The item arrived damaged or defective.
We shipped the wrong item.
The item stopped functioning within the first 30 days of receipt.

Items returned more than 30 days after delivery

Legal withdrawal right (EU customers)

EU customers benefit from a statutory 14-day withdrawal right (Directive 2011/83/EU) starting from delivery. Our commercial policy extends this to 30 days.

Refund method

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Processing time by your bank or provider can add 3–10 business days after we issue the refund.

Warranty

All Old Glory Co. collectibles are backed by a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects. In addition, EU customers benefit from the statutory legal warranty of conformity (Art. L.217-3 et seq. of the French Consumer Code) and the warranty against hidden defects (Art. 1641 of the French Civil Code).
